all holidays moved to Monday. 3 day weekends is a constitutional right. haha

New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas are federal holidays that do not fall on a Monday.

In my country, if a public holiday falls on a Sunday, the Monday is also a public holiday.

I always wanted to visit south Africa when I was younger. now im afraid to fly and cross the oceans. going to be here (USA) until I get over my fear, I guess.

I’m also afraid of flying. It is cheap for people from US to visit South Africa because our currency is weak.

I heard we have to get a lot of vaccinations before traveling to Africa. one of my college friends went to Africa on a mission trip and fell deathly sick and had to return. he lost like 30 pounds and he was a small guy to begin with. they were there to help out with some kind of farming, im not sure which country they went to. I know it’s a very large diverse continent.
