Doing or saying dumb stuff. Like yelling fagggot or touching strangers. What to do?

It can be positive symptoms. I often do it when I’m wound up in negative thought. I’ll express it verbally and it’s often derogatory to myself. I don’t often do it in public but have been known to do it when concentrating in a sport like cricket. It’s embarassing but nothing more.
I have learned to think away from that thought set…for me it’s thinking too much about personal things but it’s hard to put in words…I’ve just learned not to do it in public from simple practice and doing it.
