Panic from delusions paranoia

I have sza, bipolar mixed type ptsd and anxiety disorder with agoraphobia. Has anyone had panic attacks that, kinda, seems to lead to psychosis? I have my anxiety and phobia workbook out, rereading it starting with panic attacks section. My pdoc told me that, if my body is stressed, any illnesses I have are more likely to surface. I have an appt with my therapist in a week and a half. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help and support.

Stress can lead to psychosis. It does for me too. That means anxiety too. Which is stress.

I guess that explains a lot. If I have good or bad stress, more psychosis will follow. Very helpful. Thanks
