Panic attacks, who gets them?

Yes they are. But, they get a bad wrap. :hot_pepper::hot_pepper::hot_pepper:

@GrayBear - Yeah they do because withdrawal from them is living hell. I was addicted to Ativan in the past. Now I only take 2 mg about once per week.

Only physically. I get mild raises in heart rate and think rather paranoid thoughts. but i move on quickly as if it never happened to very peaceable actions. Im quite lucky and the paranoid thoughts comfort me in a strange way. like i can consider every possibility, protect everyone, and my self
thanks

I had a debilitating panic attack that made me leave it untreated for a while and I was in great despair…I finally learned through therapy to “unplug the fear” by ignoring it and diverting your mind to another happy place when you get anxiety…it takes focus on something small like a stone or crystal in your hand to grip and slow breathe. good luck…I no longer have anxiety or panic and no meds to help me with it either.
