Panic attack

I am getting a severe panic attack after one month (again). I thought they had gone away.

I even took Haldol PRN 4 mgs. I am currently doubting it is an external force, but still seem to be under the influence of panic attack.

What’s happening? :open_mouth: What are the symptoms?

How’s it going @angledangle? You alright?

I went through therapy and beat the panic attacks without meds…if you don’t regularly try to fight the panic attacks you will always have them…you have to unplug and divert your fear away to happy things on your mind to beat it…and tell yourself “so what if I have a panic attack?” take the fear out of the sitch.

I suffer with panic attacks and have used CBT training to keep them at bay. Asking your doctor for an as needed medication for these situations is a good idea but should not be abused.

Best thing for panic attacks is chromax. About 1000 mg chromium. You wouldn’t believe it, until you stop having panic attacks.

Thanks for asking.

I went away from the computer in attempt to distract myself. It somewhat worked that day, and controlling voices had appeared, asking me to do things I don’t want to do.

The panic attacks have been spacing out, and occurring less frequently. I hope they go away and I can live freely of them. But, when they happen, I feel under external control. Forcing me to do things i don’t want to do.

Hey thanks for asking. I was going through a tough time that day, so I went out to distract myself. It somewhat worked. Thanks for asking, though.

But, I get mind control and feel powerless in certain situations. If the voices were detached from actions, it would be easier to use CBT. But, my psychosis is like that, I feel controlled externally, and I don’t know how CBT could help under those circumstances.

Never tried it or heard of it. Will discuss with my pdoc. Thanks anyway.
