It hurts worse to needle your butt. I’d keep the arm. Let them know.

Gluteal is less painful for me but they have to watch out for the sciatica nerve.
I like it in the back hip region.
I get bad pain in my arm after injection too we use the longer needle it lasts a couple of days
You should report it. One time, I got a shot in my hip/upper buttocks with an antibacterial drug. It was intensely painful. The spot literally turned black. I never let her give me a shot again. It was excruciating
for me it’s best in my hip. it hurts a bit when they inject it but the pain goes away very quickly.
