If you get recertified by SSI or SSDI whichever one you’re on you could still be eligible for OVR to pay for your vocational training in by any means right?

I’m not sure the O in OVR stands for but if you’re talking about vocational rehab, if you’re on either you qualify for VR. I qualified years ago just by having an autism diagnosis. They paid for my college tuition fees and books
