It is interesting that you say this.
I think a lot of social anxiety in my college days led to my psychotic episodes.
I was very socially anxious, and I still am .

My feeling is that SAD is the worst disorder there is. It is truly the disorder of lost opportunities.
Schizophrenia can be treated with medications, but not SAD. I have tried therapists and medications but I think it hasn’t abated.

What do you mean by SAD? Schizoaffective disorder or Seasonal affective disorder? @angledangle.
