first rub vegetable oil on the whole jalapenos and put them on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for thirty mins…then after they cool destem and deseed the jalapenos …you can keep a little seeds for the salsa if you want it hot…the more seeds the hotter it gets…
anyways, get two cans of rotel sauce, with green chiles…one can diced tomatoes , and the chopped baked jalapeno meat…delicious…add salt and garlic powder to taste.
