I am de seeding some raw jalapenos and stuffing them with cream cheese today…you are supposed to wrap them in bacon but I didn’t feel like doing that…so I am just baking the peppers with the cream cheese…I love jalapenos !!

no, they are just baked in the oven…325 degrees for thirty minutes.

Have only ever had pickled jalapeños. Fresh ones sound nice.

I stuff mine with cream cheese and crispy bacon then dip them in beer batter and deep fry them.

I made some yesterday… we stuffed them with mozzarella then cream cheese then bacon wrapped… i can only imagine beer batter to finish them…
