You just put butter in the frying pan and first fry up your tortillas , one per serving…then you mix pickled jalapenos with your eggs while you scramble them before putting them in the pan…cook the eggs and then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and melt the cheese in the pan…put that in your tortilla and roll up like a burrito !! yummy !!

Where you live how do your jalapenos come?
In the UK jalapenos only come in tiny jars. Like 5 servings top.
I used to make this for the guys, they loved it. less jalapenos for my son and add extra hot sauce for my ex-husband. I really miss cooking for those guys.
