Was in locked psych ward since Wednesday so didn’t have my phone on me. Discharged today 
in a few weeks I go in to hospital again but a therapy ward at the local state psych hospital Valkenberg looking forward to it as therapy i need a lot now that my meds stable. 
will be there four weeks mon-Fri and come home on weekends.
