I’ve been spiraling for the past 4 weeks and I think it is heading towards another stay in a psych ward. This sucks.

Being in hospital sucks. Here it’s so boring, and now they banned smoking.
yea me too, i hope so too that you can avoid going back to the psych ward but if you really can’t hold back anymore then it’s best you go back
