As the title says! Was in the psych ward for 3 weeks after losing the plot in a big way but have made a quick recovery and feeling better than I have in a long time. The new med combo (lithium, sertaline & olanzapine) seems to be working a treat. This is the first time in as long as I can remember that I haven’t had any external voices or visual hallucinations. I almost miss the voices, this silence is new and strange. I feel almost normal! If I’m not around much it’s because I’m doing ok and focussing on other things, just wanted to let you guys know that I’m doing better and I hope that gives some of you hope that better times are possible.
