Just out of curiosity: has anyone ever been in another person’s body or recalled memories where this happened? I have a very vivid memory of being in my wife’s body and looking at myself and saying you died as soon as you opened your mouth this morning. Super weird experiences here. Any ideas?

I woke up one day when I was about seven with a very vivid memory of being in another person’s body.
The details are odd.
I was a pretty sheltered child,
So something graphic with adult themes was not something I was aware of.
I kind of wrote it off as a dream.
But in honesty,
I still wonder how a child came up with that.
And I’ve never had another dream in a POV kind of style.
I can for some reason always see myself in dreams like a movie.
Strange.
When I was first hospitalised I had an episode where I felt I was seeing things through the eyes of a woman, and it was in black and white. It only lasted a few seconds.
Sounds like delusional thinking.

One of my delusions was that half of my body was another person’s body… it was incredibly uncomfortable. I covered my right eye, somehow deactivating my side of my body and the other person used my mouth to say “Hi (my name).” I know that it didn’t really happen now…
