I just orded some l-Theanine Im pretty sure i have tried l-Theanine years ago but iv tried so many things over the years so im not certain, so im giving it another go hopefully i feel some effect from it.

cool i could use better quility sleep i sleep allot but its poor and broken

Just took my first dose there 300mg pills so we’ll see how it goes will update how i feel later

iv had 2 pills now dont really feel anything from them tbh
I usually double up on sarcosine and L-Theanine and it works like a charm, it has a much stronger efffect than one or the other, there are no side effects either.
true, i cant take sarcosine it gives me a pain in my prostate. glad it works for you tho
