Options for staying awake?

Right now i drink 3-4 cups of tea to stay awake in morning. Coffee makes me paranoid.

I can’t take stimulants for obvious reasons.

Do I have any other options ?

I’ve been up for almost 24 hours. I had about 6 cups of coffee. It’s 5:30 am. Really tired but im gonna stay awake until 9 pm

Vitamin B, specifically vitamin B12. Probably wont help as much as the tea does though, but they do pack energy drinks with tons of vitamin B for that reason.

Supplements can help, the good ones can’t be found at a pharmacy.
