If i have to use one word for my mental state bcoz of schizophrenia its mind blown-off.
That’s all i feel all the time 24 hrs a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.
Cant work much with this kind of brain.

Yes, it is tough, especially on high doses of meds. Just have to attack the problem from all angles. Do what you can to better your situation like excersise, keep your brain occupied, do things you like, and at the same time try to stay away from all things that can make your brain feel uneasy, like for instance spending too much time on mobile and monitors.

One word I’d use to describe sza is “overload”.
The brain overloaded with voices and agitation and depression and hypomania etc.
I guess it’s too much dopamine…

I got diagnosed sz for around 30 years. I found peace. I take the medication and do what i can do. I went through a lot of ups and downs of sz. Yes, i think “nasty” is close.

Some people take expensive drugs to feel sz. In that way we are lucky to be psychotic naturally.
