yes, I reached the one week goal. I just don’t want to hurt my lungs and that keeps me away from smoking. I am really excited and have a lot of cash in my pocket.

I feel the same way about drinking. I know I’m gonna get depressed the next day so it makes me not want to do it. I’m trying to be mindful of the fact that this instant fix is gonna cause me more problems in the long run.
yeah im two days if I make it though today smoke free.

They’re 95% less harmful than tobacco.
Cigarettes are sneaky, you should at least consider ecigs if they catch you again.
