My dogs wakes up and really want a morning walk.
It’s the 2nd most important thing I do everyday.
First is always managing my meds.
My husband motivates me to make breakfast ![]()
A strong urge to pee.
Or hunger.
There’s also cigs, but I never smoke on an empty stomach.
Boredom and harassment from voices.
Middle-aged bladder.
Don’t want to pee the bed.
My friend overseas pinging me on chat and having to pee.
Starting needing a slash during the night when I started paliperidone.
For me its a strong need to poop.
My children. And gotta take me meds.
That diet soda isn’t going to drink itself.
I bribe myself with food and coffee to get out of bed lol
An alarm. I set it for 5 am and am up most days before it.
Also the hustle of the day. I’m usually excited when I wake up to get up and kick life’s butt again. Like I usually have a goal that makes me wanna get up
If I dont then I have to explain why I didnt show up for work. So I force jump up ![]()
Coffee! I really don’t want to get out of bed, but I also can’t wait to have some coffee and cereal. It’s a good way to start the day.
Needing to wee, my dog needing to wee, activity I have to do ,coffee.
I don’t really walk my dog.
I just take him out for a wee n sh it three times a day sometimes four times.
My dog gets me out every day even if it’s just a few metres.
My alarm most days. It’s one from the like early 90s loud as sh!t. Lol. Then I make the coffee for everyone cause I’m usually up first.
coffee !! that and singing on the guitar to my wife before breakfast.
My job.
If I want to eat, I need to make money. If I want money, I gotta show up for work.
On weekends, it’s usually either my bladder or my aching back
my mom wakes me up tries to get me to go out to a store or just get up and not to waste the day
she tells me to train my pup which i love to do or take care of the pool then go for a swim
