I heard this in the news and then one person at one vitamin and supplements store told that somebody had written a doctoral thesis that one egg a day can prevent type 2 diabetes.
When I lived in my auto in Miami and elsewhere in the USA one old Jewish man in his 80s recommended me to eat two eggs a day, this was in 2001.
I think I’ll go back to my old staple - 2 poached eggs and an English muffin. I don’t trust the scrambled eggs they serve here, to nor have something mixed in. Everything in moderation for me is to eat all foods in moderation.
