In my lifetime betting 1 on 1 in things, or making deals, I have always been true to my word. I never lost a bet and didn’t pay. I never didn’t pay my debts. Yet every time I win a bet or make a deal of some sort, I don’t get paid back. Well like most of the time I don’t.
Overall I’ve probably lost 100’s of dollars because of the swing between me being true to my word, and other people going against their word.

Seriously, don’t get caught up keeping tabs,
People are unreliable, all you can do is be better and hope it catches on.
I’m not keeping tabs never have, I just remember in 7th grade I bet my friend the nets would go further than the knicks in the playoffs and the nets made the finals and the knicks were frickin terrible. $20 bet. The nets swept the knicks that postseason in the first round… He never would pay me. And I cared so little about high school these 2 kids say they would pay me $10 each if I wrote something about them in my yearbook quote, so I did, they never paid me. ■■■■ like that. And my friend now I bet $5 that East New York was in Brooklyn, he’s from Brooklyn, and he said “IT’S IN QUEENS” I’m like nahhhhhhhhhh I’ll bet u $20. He says $5. So we google it. I win obviously. If I were to keep tabs on this kid he would owe me 100’s of dollars. But I let it slide. I’m super generous with everything. But I’m gonna demand that $5… out of principle more than anything.

Good quote… i really dont like it when someone tries to give you a long sob story before they ask for money… just tell me how much and when you will pay me back… if i suspect it will be spent on drugs i will say no… if i find out it was spent on drugs they owe me interest… and should never ask for money again… i dont mind helping someone who needs it… but having junkie neighbors makes me wary of lending…and wise to the tricks they use… not that they ever ripped me off but dam…
