I’d pretty well written that money off, but he repaid me, so I have no reason to feel sorry for myself. I needed the money, though.

Yes, they swear on a stack of bibles that they’ll pay you back, but when it is time for them to actually do it they balk. I’d pretty well written that money off, but I’m glad the guy paid me back. I think that if he asks me to loan him money again we can start over with much less money. But then again, it’s probably better not to be loaning anyone any money in this place. Everyone in here has worked, except for me, so they get quite a bit more money from the government than me. Most of them smoke, which is a big drain on their cash supply. They also eat a lot of junk food. I don’t do that too, so I am usually walking around carrying a lot more cash than the other guys in this place.
