Can you have some fresh fruit or something? That usually helps with my cravings. Especially citrus.

Diets don’t work long-term. You need to change your eating habits and start working out.

It can be depressing to deprive yourself of all the little treats we like so much in our diets. Maybe if you exercised it would help.

I feel ya! I am trying really hard to change my eating habits, and it’s not easy. I’ve been working at it for a while, and I thought that it would get easier, but so far, it hasn’t. It’s an uphill battle for sure. Hang in there. You aren’t alone.

I started eating salads and more fruit when I was 19 and 20 and got to where I could see my abs. Now I’m 28 and about 265 pounds so about 100 lbs overweight. Dieting is kind of difficult for me because I love cheeseburgers, pizzas and hot wings and it’s so easy to order deliveries online.
