Anyone here on a diet?

I’m on a diet. I think I can make it this time it’s going well. I’m just aiming for eating 1500 calories a day. Lost about 6 pounds so far in 2 weeks. I need to lose another 40 pounds. Anyone else dieting?

I don’t know whether you’d call mine a diet

I’ve started avoiding butter in my sandwiches, will maybe add a bit of pickle if it’s ham or salad cream if it’s tuna.

I’m on a diet. 1500 is too low, you won’t be able to stick to it. Your body will rebel. Try 2200, your weight loss will be slower obviously, but you’ll be able to stick to it.

I’m on a seafood diet. I see food and I eat it.

Jk, I should be. I’m getting fatter.

I try to eat healthy and avoid fast food but im so hungry all the time and it all looks so good…

I try to eat well to counter any antiphyc side effects.

I’m on a diet but I have been letting cheats creep in
The cheats have added up in the past few days.
I’m trying Lipotrim again which is fasting with 3 shakes a day, pharmacy controlled and monitored
450kcal
I’ve been having a half tin of Tuna on top each day but the food I have had while preparing food for my husband or for my friend who has cancer has become ‘tasting it to make sure it’s nice’ instead of just checking with a droplet
I’m sure I can get back to strict because it is going to be pointless attempting something so needed just got to just do it

I joined Weight Watchers two weeks ago. The first week I stuck to it and lost 12 lbs. This week I gained it all back. With having surgery and then Easter I kind of gave up. But I’ll be back on track this week. My boyfriend is doing it with me so that helps because he’s really excited. Good luck on your diet! :sunny:

Getting back on a diet when I leave the hospital. Doctor’s orders.

Y’all have some willpower. I don’t feel I could control what I eat.

I eat healthy at home, but I cheat for my lunches at work…I eat at KFC and McDs for my lunch, but I limit what I get. if I get McDs I get a Qaurterpounder with a medium fry and no drink (I drink pepsi, coke is nasty and calcifies fat)

At KFC I get the mash bowl meal XD

But at home its a meal of 60% veggies, 20% meat and the rest is some kind of noodle or rice.

ive lost 55 pounds in two months

I am on a diet. I was doing well till about two weeks ago. I need to buckle down again.

I just have a really sensitive system. Like really sensitive. I don’t eat junk food or fast food. Not because any rule or anything. It’s just cause it all makes me feel terrible and it tastes bad to me. Seriously, i need to water down most juices i buy because it seems to sweet for me, and too much red meat or butter in my food because makes my skin feel oily. I don’t understand how people eat so much junk.

I eat what ever i feel like as long as it makes me happy dont eat much junk food mostly good food but ive given up soft drinks and only drink soda water

I wouldn’t call it a diet, but I am trying to restrict the amount of food I eat. I also do a little exercise. I lost some weight, which I needed to do, and I think I am not gaining all of it back.

I’ve always been terrible at dieting, I’m too extremist. I can only stick to something when it’s super simplistic, like eating nothing but canned kidney beans for two weeks. This gets into unhealthy territory at times. If I’m not doing weird things like that, then I’m over-eating everything in sight.

This is probably the easiest and hardest diet I’ve been on. It’s easiest because the cravings are mild and hardest when other people control what I eat, or I’m in a social situation because this is the South.
