I went for a drive to try and jog my memory of what the voices were like I have to know if they are real or not. I remembered portions of it and those snippets felt real. It’s like the voice wasn’t interested in insulting me it was only focused on getting me to believe it’s real. Is that common for voices?

This is a snippet, for context the voice tells me that I will be having another psychotic break soon; I ask why am I not loosing my mind today, it says ‘Your being afforded a little time before you loose your mind Italy’ you see it is confident that I definitely will be loosing my mind.

How can voices trick you into things, this implys that it has a brain as well. What comes to mind for me is the tv is a camera delusion. For 6 months every time I watched tv my voice would pretend it could see me through the tv. It would make comments like ‘his pupils are getting big aren’t they’ (they used to tell me secrets like the IRA is selling guns to ISIS this was a big one) he must of heard the secret. I literally felt like I was being watched it was so real. My question is how can your voice have the foresight and the intelligence to do something like that??
