It’s only been a few days. No side effects from it anyway. Sleeping good etc

They only increased it because I was having thought like voices which could’ve influenced me not because of the Ira ‘delusion’ they don’t think delusions are as severe or that warrant an increase in meds.
I’m also in the day hospital now with my own personal mental health nurse, I also get to see the doctor quicker.
Meeting with her tommorrrow to talk and get bloods done
