Thanks! I just got sick of being treated badly and insulted because of my weight. Plus, I was on tons of meds. I don’t carry extra weight well at all. All that keeps me motivated

And always iced.

I usually have my coffee with some lactose free 2% milk, no sugar but once in a while I’ll add a teaspoon of sugar, and it really does lift my mood too @Zoe

Thai milk iced coffee is the best! You can get them at the Asian market.

i would put milk in my coffee more often but I don’t want to gain any more weight. But yes, it tastes way better. I think I’m going to have some now, with some half and half. I’ll probably put splenda in it though, instead of sugar, but it will be good

I know what you mean. I can really feel the difference. I’m used to no sugar coffee but today I had sugar and it makes a huge difference

OK do u microwave it so it remains hot?
Not usually I just use the kettle and add the milk it’s not cold but it’s not too warm either.
