Yeah morning, 3pm and 7pm that’s my new year tea schedule. Trying to cut down from 5 to 3 but Iv been having an fourth at 8 this past few nights

@Schztuna, @anon47167357, @anon98459728, I’m brewing my decaf coffee now. Why is it that everyone puts creamer in their coffee on this site? What’s up? I suppose you all use sweeteners too?
You know, most everyone on these meds have weight problems. It’s kind of hard to keep weight off with cream and sugar in every cup of coffee or tea.
