I always drink my coffee black now. I just add a tablespoon of instant coffee to some hot water. I used to go to the Co-op and get their coffee and add half and half and sugar but I can’t do that anymore because I need to lose weight.

I add creamer to my coffee or drink it black.

I used to drink these too
