Omg...pumpkin seed milk is soooo creamy, I’m converted

I’m not vegan or vegetarian (but I may be in the future, I love mackerel fish too much lol) But this homemade pumpkin seed milk is great. It’s so creamy, doesn’t curdle in coffee and must be good for you.

All you do is soak 100 grams of pumpkin seeds in the fridge over night, then add water and blend. Then strain in a sieve or cheese cloth. Then your done.

It’s white and creamy and slightly nutty.

It really does go well with tea and coffee, I’m a bit shocked.

Unlike a lot of plant based milk, it doesn’t sink to the bottom and doesn’t curdle. The more seeds you add the creamier it is. I’m also going to make pumpkin seed cheese, I know, cheese.

Pumpkin seeds are one of the richest sources of good quality zinc. Alkaline. Tryptophan. Potassium and other stuff.

At first I was disgusted by the idea, but I was wrong.

It works out cheaper than dairy milk.

This is something to try. I just had to discontinue pea milk because it was aggravating my arthritis. Was out of plant based creamer choices, so had to drink black coffee.
