OMG I have a dog

Today I was given a dog.

So I have adopted a baby.

He is seven years old and has a touch of malteser in him.

It might take a while for him to get used to me and a new home.

He had been at the old house his whole life.

He is so precious.

It’s a dream come true.

I have two babies now.

I will walk him three times a day because we live in a apartment.

I will not post a picture of him as I want to remain some privacy for us at this point but he is gorgeous.

So happy.

Hasn’t settled in my mind yet that he is mine now.

Awe. I’m so missing my cats but dogs are cool too. Lots more work than a cat but I think @SacredNeigh7 you’ll do well with the new baby!

I took him for his night walk at 5pm and that lasted him till 6am this morning when we took his morning walk.

He seems happy.

He slept in bed with me last night by my feet.

Its going really well.

He is settling in quicker than I thought.

He has not been sulking by the door but instead been happy and sits on the couch with me watching tv etc

I am a vegan my dog is not a vegan.

I buy Australian made dog food for him and today he had a rspca approved chicken neck and schnitzel.
