Some neighbours further down than us have given him to us. They got a big black Labrador a few weeks ago which attacked him. Since then he has refused to go back in the house and has been outside for weeks.
He comes to our door a lot and sometimes we feed him. He is a gorgeous British short haired cat.
Anyway I was talking with the owner the other day and they said they were looking for a new home for him due to the dog.
I have been very fond of this cat so we now have him. Just need to transfer the microchip details.
He is very very chilled and friendly. He is 5 years old. He is fine with my pug (which comes and goes between me and my mum anyway)
I’ve always liked the British short haired cats
He is settling in already. We have his food and water and litter tray set up. Here is a picture of him. He looks a bit darker in the pic then what he actually is cos of the light.
Owning a dog and cat together is a wonderful experience for sure.
I have both as well and it’s working out magnificently!

Ty @Wave I’m glad we have him. My dog has been around cats growing up because my mum has cats. She never bothers with them. It’s other dogs she doesn’t like haha
@sweetpotatocasserole I’ve just looked those cats up and I think your right. They look very similar to British short haired but I think Mac may indeed be a Russian blue.
