Olfactory reference syndrome

I know I have wrote about this before but my mom and husband say I have Olfactory reference syndrome.
So I started a new job and I talked to my boss about it and she was telling me things I can use that should work better for smell because she can smell me and then went into how it is our bodies and that there is nothing to be embarrassed about.
Why are my parents and husband lying to me? It is like they try to use my illness to to explain everything that they don’t want to talk to me about.
It is to the point I feel like I don’t even want to leave my house and be around people.
I shower 2x a day. I don’t know what else to do.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Deodorant and perfume can mask body odour.

When you shower, scrub your armpits really well with a loofa or washcloth and soap. Also pay attention to really cleaning your genitals. Wash your hair good at least 3 times a week.

Then immediately following drying off from the shower, apply antiperspirant deodorant. If it’s not working, the stores have what’s called Clinical Strength deodorant which is what my husband uses. If that doesn’t work, go to your primary dr and get prescription strength deodorant.

Also, regularly wash your clothes.
