I stink.what can I do apart from shower

I can smell it myself.

Even when I shower daily I still have a stink about me.

I have a body odour from different parts of my body but my genitalia is worst.

I do not know if I would dare let anyone “go down on me” again.
I don’t want them to vomit and it may be embarrassing for me.
I do not feel good about my genitals right now.
Not their appearance nor their smell.

I know I must learn to embrace and love it.

Some people get aroused by smells others are offended by.

I had a x boyfriend who was kinky that way so I felt very relaxed.

I put perfume on but I can still smell my stink and odour and so can others because people have said I stink.

My brother said so too and he was not joking.

If it was sweat you can have a injection for the smell to go away but being my genitals I feel there’s nothing I can do.

I am conscious of it when I go to the gym etc

What can I do about my odour?

Your pH levels may be out of balance. You could try a feminine wash that restores this balance. Like Vagisil or Summer’s Eve.

Thank you for the tip.

How often do you use them or how often it is advised to use them?

I have not got any std other than I know of such as herpes that I contracted over twenty years ago and another one same because they can not be permanently removed because their is the possibility they can come back and then go away by themselves and come back again but this is not when they are active but alwayzzzz.

Wash down there with a mild soap like dove or ivory. I hope you have that in Australia. That’s what a past gyno told me to do. It works pretty well.

I use qv which is very mild and soap free and I have used vagisil injectables where you inject a ph balancing gel but I do not think it is the ph because I am not itchy nor uncomfortable I think it’s just the way I smell.

I hear you shouldn’t use strong soap, it kills the good bacteria and the bad bacteria start overgrowing and leading to problems.

Talk to your gynecologist before you do anything. It could be a bacterial infection or something. They should be able to tell you if it’s a bad smell or a normal smell.

My gp performed a gynaecological procedure on me and said all is good.

I seriously think it is my natural ordour.
It’s just the way I smell but it’s pretty strong and it does stink.

Are you washing with regular body wash or bar soap? Some of those products contribute to or even cause an odor. I suggest asking your OBGYN for soap suggestions. Make sure you tell them about the odor as well because they may be able to give you something of clinical strength.

I use qv which is soap free and really gentle.
It was recommended to me to use between my legs.

Cider vinegar wash can help. Just exterior. Also cotton underwear is better.
