It’s a delusion. Many other schizophrenics have similar beliefs. I’ve had bizarre delusions before and when you’re in the middle of suffering with them they seem so real but if you can step back and recognize even just a little that it’s just a delusion it might be the first step to solving them.

I used to believe sattelite cameras in the sky were following my every move. Then I finally realised I’m not that interesting.

There is not a camera or microphone injected in any part of your body.
I had a similar delusion not so long ago. I have a tooth of which the root canal was done.
In order to reconstruct the tooth the dentist drilled a pin into the tooth and then build it up.
So it happened that I was convinced that people heard everything I say, even if I was talking softly to myself.
I was convinced that the pin in my tooth was an inplanted nano microphone.
I told my sister about it at the time. She wanted to arrange with a different dentist to remove the pin/microphone. I refused cause I believed they were all involved in this plot.
It is not a nice place to be when you’re in the middle of a delusion.
Go see your psychiatrist and get a med adjustment or something. Strongs.

Can I ask what was happening to you?
I thought a man was following me and taking to me romantically and I started to wonder how it could be true I even started to think that there was a device of some sort on me to give me his voice

one i thought and feel a tiny chip in my back that sending data to a group of people that studied and follow me, so i did an x ray, their war nothing there, of course it dident helped my to know it is scyzo, but seroqel did,

it dident helped me, because i believed that it was that kind of a chip that disappear in the body after a wile, of course that theory came after the x ray show me nothing
You can ask me specifically, and likely this forum as many times as you need to. Just so you know. As far as I know you dont have any mic or camera in you or around you. I felt like this on and off for a couple of years. I remember a year ago from this month I drove 5000 km to get away from them. You can imagine my disappointment when i realized i cant run from delusion. I mention this because i would rather you have some people you can ask and talk it out rather than doing something extreme like i did.

When i was atlanta one of my neigbour has same delusion as you. He used to think that cia put some microphone to his porcelaine tooth.
