Nothing seems to be working. I’m on 30 mg of Aripiprazole and 600 mg of Quetiapine.
I have no intention to go back to the psychiatric ward!

What’s going on? Are you psychotic? Suicidal? Depressed? Anxious? Manic?
How long have you been on these meds? SZ is a “time takes time” thing – the results are not as fast as we would like or need from many medications.

That’s a high dose of abilify. I think 25 mg is the highest dose I would be willing to be on. I was on 30 mg once and it was uncomfortable.
Is it more than you can handle? No meds have ever taken away all my hallucinations. But I’ve learned to deal with the few random ones that linger.
I think med dosage is highly personal. I always require high doses of meds to be effective, but my husband can take a quarter of what I do and be flat on his face for the same ailment.
