Stuff is getting hard. Just realised I haven’t washed since last weekend.
I’ve gone through periods where I didn’t wash. One of these times I was drinking heavily, and I was always sweating out alcohol. It made me look greasy. Thank God those times are over.

I shower every two days. It keeps down disease. I sympathize with you guys who have bad avolition.

One thing at a time? Maybe tell yourself you can’t do anything else until you shower. It’s hard. I hate showering. I make myself shower about every three days. I make myself do things so I don’t slide further down the pit.

I don’t shower but twice a week, its just I don’t feel like it. my in laws get on me all the time to shower even though my partner showers only maybe once a week. she is just so busy she never gets time to shower. she is either at work, with her mom or sleeping.
I shower every day.
Dont usually miss my daily shower.
Some times I have a bath.
Theres different quality showers and also what energy there is in the shower and rooms etc.
I had a time period of a couple months or so (years ago) where it felt like the water was making love to/with me and there was higher/more energy in rooms.
It felt beautiful and like someone who loves me was communicating with me spiritually.
Mostly its been other way around spiritual attacks bäää
When I lived out bush and did not have shower I did not wash daily but did use hose with cold water on garden to give my self a wash.
My time out back bush was full on. Toads on my face, bat indoors etc
I usually shower three times a week, unless I do yard work in the hot sun and get all sweaty and dirty. Putting fresh clothes on over a clean body can feel good.

Yeah I shower everyday but I still have laundry sitting from a year ago… Literally … I have too many clothes but I got about a third of em washed last night… I hid them in the closet…
Same. Then again I say I’ll take one and end up in bed all day or something.
