I dunno what’s up with my sleep tonight. It’s 2:43…I didn’t have coffee past any regular time but not even close to a wink of sleep

What AP are you on? I take abilify which isn’t sedating at all. And I take it in the morning anyways.
I take Geodon and Seroquel. These drugs are sedating to me, so it’s been a while since I’ve stayed up like that. I just woke up at 1:45 am, but I got a lot of sleep because I went to bed early. What I hate is when I stand up and I get sleepy, and when I lay down I get wide awake. That still happens occasionally. I stayed up a lot when I was on Abilify too.

A bit of hypomania maybe? Happened to me a few nights ago.
I was feeling kind of down earlier tonight so I don’t think that’s it.
Maybe it’s nothing, if it happens for more consecutive days then you should worry about it.
My AP completely screws up my sleep. Now that I have reduced my dose I am sleeping better.
your probably asleep now but when i cant sleep i just get up and make tea, watch telly, internet, just something to do until i get sleepy again, no point trying to sleep when you cant
