Well my upstairs neighbors have recording devices right above me. They’ve parked in front of my window.
Uncomfortable. I hate my mind.
What reason would anyone have to record you?

I’d feel blessed if someone came and recorded my story. It’s a big tough experience to be sz.

I think they’re trying to record me saying something about them so they can get us kicked out. Yet they started in Sept 17th 2017 the male yelled whore really loud into my apt. At me. They are the ones that need to go. I’m mentally ill. Bonafide Looney. Just because I’m have mood swings and yelling I’m not directing it towards them.

I know it feels real, but in all likelihood your neighbors are not recording you. They have no reason to, and they’re much too busy with their own lives.
I wish I knew how to get rid of the feeling that they are though. Even if you know something’s not true, the feeling can still be hard to shake.

I’m not special that’s for sure. My mind attaches too much ■■■■ taking it personally. Literally. No one gives a ■■■■ and neither should I.

I do the same thing, attributing things to myself. I don’t know if anyone is special but you are valued by many around this forum. I admire your toughness in dealing with this delusion on such a continuous basis. I hope you find treatment that works for you soon.
