Been like this worse for yesterday and today, im heading on a downward spiral

Need help but doesnt seem to be any answers anywhere

No its not great, my whole life is a failure it sucks everything

I just wanna be back in hospital where i felt safe and on my own , in my own space with support
I dont wanna be alive liviing no life here in flat alone 24/7 hubby never bothers unless he has a cig in here

Can you talk to a doctor about feeling extremely low? Maybe they’d be able to provide treatment options?

Are you still taking your meds? When I’ve felt like you described it’s when I gave up on my meds

Yeah im on depot but my life is bad, i cant deal with this situation anymore

I seem to remember you saying that antidepressants made you manic though.

Would that be all class of antidepressants?
