Do you have voices discussing things above your head? You are not invited.
I hear them discuss people around me. But I’m not invited to the conversation. If I try they ignore me.
My voices used to tell me to shut up and that they were busy discussing something. Other times they would tell me to stop bothering them or be quiet and that they were sleeping.
Bizarreness.

I’ve had that happen… or talking about me like I’m not there… and when I try to answer back they insult me for interrupting.
The worst is when they would talk about me like I was dead… I was talked about in past tense. That would make it hard for me to figure out my day.

When I’m trying to talk, I sometimes hear a “shut up”. I don’t understand it. Other times I have one individual that requests me to play music. Apparently they can hear the music through my mind when I put headphones on & also feel subtle moods & auras emminating from me when I’m listening.
It’s evidently therapeutic. The people on the right side of my mental horizon are all pretty stable, it’s the people on the left side of my horizon that aren’t stable - constantly bickering or angry about something.
