That’s how I feel. Also that everyone wants a piece of me and there is not enough of me to go around.

I relate to this. I had 4 appointments in 4 hours today. I’m ready to pass tf out but I have to do dishes and laundry and work on a project for work.
Can you schedule in some time to relax? Maybe an hour or two at the end of the day?

You have a lot going on too. That’s a lot of appointments. And if your anything like me I must tidy up before bed otherwise I can’t relax.
I usually do schedule in some relaxing time to myself at the end of the day. Which is what I’m doing now. I tend to browse here and go on YouTube. I may even start doing some meditation on the VR headset I recently got.

Ooooh VR meditation sounds super immersive! I would enjoy that.
And yes it was a lot. I’m procrastinating now lol. But I suppose I should get off the forum and do some dishes.

Ty @bittercat yes I checked out VR meditation the other night and was blown away by it. Unfortunately I got distracted but I will have a go again tonight.
It really is very immersive. Perfect for something like meditation.

The VR headset is a stand alone thing. I can watch YouTube on it.
However there are mindfulness and meditation apps specifically designed for the VR headset. So it puts you in an amazing tranquil place. You are literally inside it.

Gotcha. I never really looked into VR headsets as they are expensive. I didn’t realize they have apps. Which set did you go with?

I got the meta verse 3.
I didn’t pay for it out-right. My phone provider (EE) offer them so it was just added to my bill for a couple of years at £21 a month.

Oh that’s sick! Much better to pay in increments as opposed to outright, well when there’s no interest. How do you like the Quest 3? I don’t like that it’s owned by Meta but otherwise I hear it’s a good set.

Yes I prefer to pay slowly. I could save up but I’m too impatient.

There is also an app called VRchat (if you ever get chance search vrchat on YouTube there is some hilarious stuff)
VRchat is kinda like second life (don’t know if you ever heard of that) except it’s VR. Very interesting. But half the time I don’t know how to start a conversation with people.

I can honestly say that I know what that feels like, being a wife and mother of small children. Please be kind to yourself. You are under a tremendous amount of stress right now and I know that for me it increases my symptoms a lot.
