This song is one of the most meaningful things I could post to a thread on nostalgia. I was a tween and grieving losing everyone I knew. I listened to this song on cassette tape and cried and taught myself the neural pathways to a lifetime of misery.
This song would come on MTV which I watched every day. Very formative—the song, the MTV, and the event that caused me to be so grief stricken.
