Today I decided to finally make crunch wraps. So good!
I splurged and made homemade guac, too.
These are pretty easy to make. Ypu just need an extra large flour tortilla, thin layer of refried beans smeared in a small circle in the middle of the tortilla, add sour cream and guacamole, top that with your seasoned meat. Follow with tomatoes, black olives, onions, and shredded lettuce. Add cheese. Place a crispy tostada on top of this OR a regular taco shell you’ve broken in half to make a flat circle. Now top this with a small flour tortilla, maybe 6 inch type? Fold tge edges of the big tortilla up and around the edges toxmake a big packet.
Put in a dry hot pan with the folded seams down. Press down with a spatula and cook until the bottom is brown in spots and crispy. Flip and do it again.
