Just a flour tortilla with cheese in it.

Sounds a bit plain to me… Unless it was melted cheese in there

Sure, occasionally I buy a pack of 10 or 15 flour tortillas and shredded cheese and make those. It’s a good snack.

I take it a few steps farther…add taco meat and it becomes a quesadilla with sour cream, guacamole and salsa !!
