i quit smoking 2 months ago…i am feeling good now…
i was more worried about physical heath rather than mental when i was on it…

well I dont care that much about Physical health :slight_smile: for reasons I dont wish to say.

But yeah it does help in quitting.

The trouble for me is : Caffeine. I drink a lot of Coffee.

Need to stop this too.

I know a guy around me who is stimulant free (No Coffee, No tea et al)…He is incredibly calm.

There is a saying “There is no health without mental health.” So you’re probably right.

Day 1…and counting!

Its day 2 and getting hard hugely…I dont think ill last for today…ill go back to getting a cigg…i think ill need it for sure

I tried stopping today. I laid in bed all day and then finally went and bought a carton. I give up…and this is final. Every time I try I fail. No use.

I’ve managed to cut back. I was smoking a pack a day on average, now I have 4 cigs per day. One in the morning. One around noon. One in the evening. And one before bed. I think I’m giving up the one in the morning next.
