I’m self rejecting so that whenever someone rejects me, I agree with them. In fact, I set myself up for rejection. I’ll reject you before you reject me. I could not live with another rejection.

Getting rejected is more likely than not
In my case I have done lots of rejecting and also been rejected
You can’t avoid rejecting someone it has to be done
I hope that you will not beet yourself up about rejection and look at it as their loss
Refection scares me. I’m already socially lazy and negative. My mother was afraid I’d never fit in and I didn’t.
CBT is what you need to change that negative thinking
Write down your strengths and weaknesses
Reason with your negative thoughts
