So sorry read you are suffering with these negative symptoms. All I can say is I encourage you to hold on and keep expressing yourself here and in life. You are a beautiful person who deserves a decent quality of life and respite from this dreadful illness. Please hang in there, we’re here for you.

I am on the couch watching stupid tv… I can’t get up to go to work in the morning. I have no motivation… everything is extremely difficult. even existing is difficult.
When your next appointment with doctor
in about a month. but I am thinking about calling him tomorrow morning to tell him that negatives are severe and I can’t stand it anymore.
sounds similar to what I experience but I don’t work…do you at least somewhat enjoy your work? or able to fuction average level?

I sometimes go and help in my father’s work. it’s not difficult job but for me everything is difficult…
maybe some supplement or something. I dont know. there s no cure…

I drank 2 beers the other day. It is uncommon for me to drink more than a beer at a time. My speech got all jumbled and I didn’t feel euphoric at all. So there goes nothing. I won’t be touching alcohol again anytime soon…

I met a therapist today and went out with big plans!!!
I am not immune to feeling hopeless and helpless.

Sleep is my best friend. I enjoy it more than being awake. Hopefully we get a new treatment in our lifetime.

Never give up. When things are in the pits ive been there and they can only get better.
My sister has had very bad depression. But after trying several different med and Us not giving up on her. Shes starting to come out of it it’s a miracle she actually called me on the phone after never calling back for 2 years.
Are you working with a doctor to find the right med for you? It can take a long while I know.
Everywhere I go, these liars put on a phony act, trying to prove they have the right to abuse people. These jealous women think people want to be like them. if you want to know what people want to be like, there’s a Brazilian model on the you tube video about best accents. She has a Brazilian Portuguese accent. that’s what people want to be like. not these tacky liars.
Darkness only last through the night for light comes in the morning. If you hang on a little bit longer that light will come to you. A light so great that you will look back on darkness with joy. For without darkness we can not know the greatness of light. This light will be so great that you will praise your deity profusely. I beg you to remember the great times in your life when there was light. It will help you fight through the darkness. A temporary darkness that will be fully consumed by the light in the morning. A morning that is promised by the laws of nature. For everything in this world is only temporary especially darkness. A much longer light is promised like there is more light throughout the day than darkness. I promise you today that the lightness will be so great for you that soon it will be a time to rejoice.
A great story is one of Mike Ilitch. He wanted to play in the majors his whole life and practiced hard. In due time he got signed to the Detroit Tigers minor leagues. His future looked bright and he was all but assured to play in the majors some day. Then after three years and being close to his dream he suffered a career ending injury. He was so down on his luck he had to move back in with his parents. His parents demanded that he get a job. So he did, as a pizza maker. He then decided to open a pizza restaurant. His pizzas were so great he opened another and another. That little pizza place he opened when he was down and out was Little Ceasers. He now owns the Detroit Tigers. If he would have gave up when darkness struck, he would have never received his greater light. That is such a great story about how the darkness is only temporary and the light shines in the morning.
