Maybe you should look for something behind which you can hide your depression. Like a hobby or something. Something for which you have to get out of bed. You have a computer, perhaps programming is something for you.

I work and that’s it.
I look at series for the rest. I recently saw the bridge. I am now waiting for season 4.

I work as an order picker in a warehouse. three days a week. Monday, wednesday and friday

@anon20318121 I should tell you my experience with zyprexa about depression. During the first three or five months I got a severe depression from Zyprexa. The period of depression lasted about one month. That was a very dark time as I felt a black abyss was pulling me into it. I knew that was death. I put up with it without any antidepressant. After that dark period I started to feel happy when on this med.

I do not know how to relieve depression without drug use. When I use speed my depression is gone but then I have psychosis again haha
